Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from the UK using a tracked service. Please allow up to 2 weeks for international orders to arrive after despatch. Most orders will be despatched within 2-3 working days, but in order to ensure zero wastage, some products are printed on demand, which means an order containing these products can take up to 7-10 working days to despatch. These products will contain this information on the product page.

If for any reason Customs decides to hold an order until it's cleared, or add a customs charge, then this is unfortunately outside of our control, and we have no way of contacting the relevant customs authority on a customers behalf.

EU Customers Only - We use the IOSS scheme which means that any orders valued under €150 (excluding shipping) will not incur any additional customs fees as they will have been calculated and paid at checkout. This will ensure a hassle free and faster delivery. Any orders above this amount will be liable to incur additional customs fees.
